XpresCabs Founder

Heading 4
Namaskar,
Welcome to XpresCab Services! My name is Niket Narhari Acharya, and I am the proud founder of this cab service. Thank you for supporting my dream and being part of my journey. Today, I want to share my story, hoping it will inspire many individuals like me who dare to dream big and work relentlessly to achieve them.
I was born in Mira-Bhayander, a vibrant area in Thane district. For the first 30 years of my life, I lived there, before moving to Nashik, a city I have now called home for the past 13 years.
My father worked as a worker at Excel Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, while my mother was a dedicated homemaker. My parents faced numerous hardships to ensure that my elder brother and I completed our basic education up to HSC. I studied at Mount Mary High School and Shankar Narayan Commerce and Arts College in Mira-Bhayander itself. However, after my 12th grade, financial responsibilities compelled me to start working immediately to support my family.
The Road to Driving
My first two jobs were in the imitation jewelry business as a salesman for 10 years at Mistic Jewelry and Sanorita Jewelry. During this time, I learned how to drive—and I fell in love with it. There was something about being on the road that made me feel free, powerful, and in control of my destiny. This passion for driving led me to explore ways to turn it into a full-time profession.
Soon, an opportunity arose—I got a chance to drive a rickshaw on the bustling streets of Mumbai. I grabbed it without hesitation. From three wheels, I transitioned to four, working as a private driver on a monthly basis. I enjoyed it immensely. It was more than just a job; it was a journey that introduced me to new people, places, and experiences every single day.
With unwavering self-belief, I launched my own taxi service. It was a dream come true! But life had other plans. Due to a sudden family emergency, I was forced to sell my car and start from scratch. Many would have been disheartened—but I have faced hardships since childhood, and I am not easily shaken. "A bend in the road is not the end of the road… unless you fail to make the turn," said Helen Keller. And so, I braced myself, gathered my courage, and started again with double the effort and ten times the wisdom.
Today, I have been driving for over 20 years. It is my passion, my livelihood, and my way of serving people. I have travelled across India, experiencing the heart of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. Recently, I had the privilege of driving a BMW to Prayagraj for one of my esteemed customer wherein I took the Kumbh Mela ritual bath. Such experiences have expanded my knowledge, honed my skills, and deepened my commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience. "A car is not just a vehicle, it’s an extension of one’s personality." – Enzo Ferrari. Taking these principals, driving for me is not just about handling a vehicle—it is about delivering comfort, safety, and happiness to my passengers.
My Life in Nashik & The Dream Ahead
For the past 13 years, I have been settled in Nashik with my family. My wife is involved in social service, passionately working for the underprivileged. My children have grown up, and my eldest daughter is married. My other two kids have completed their education and are now pursuing their careers. We live together happily, and I feel blessed to have provided them with the opportunities I once dreamed of.
Over the years, I have seen many acquaintances thrive in the travel industry. Their success fuels my ambition. I, too, aspire to build something meaningful, something grand. I have started from the ground up, and I am ready to work as hard as I have for the last two decades.
With XpresCab Services, my goal is simple—to make every ride a delightful experience. We follow a strict zero-complaint policy—if a customer faces any inconvenience, they get a full refund for the day, no questions asked. I follow: "The customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him." – Mahatma Gandhi.
I am launching my business with my first cab in just a few weeks, but mark my words—I will transform this venture into a large, successful company. I have the willpower, passion, endurance, and support to make it happen. I am being trained and mentored by professionals who have reshaped my mindset and vision.
And finally, if Mr. Eknath Shinde could rise from a humble rickshaw driver to become the Chief Minister, then I, too, dream of rising high and inspiring the next generation. "Dream big. Start small. Act now." – Robin Sharma.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story. I invite you to try our services and be a part of this journey. XpresCab is not just a business; it’s a dream, a mission, and a commitment to excellence.
Ride, Relax, Repeat!
With gratitude and respect,
Your Humble Driver, Niket Narhari Acharya
